We have brought together specialists from the fields of heating, air conditioning, ventilation, plumbing, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering and safety engineering in one planning office.
The specific tasks range from the preparation of specifications for invitations to tender, the examination of tender documents from a technical and economic point of view, the awarding of contracts, construction supervision and acceptance tests, the implementation of all official procedures required for the individual projects through to the invoicing of contracts. Building Services is also responsible for looking after the existing building services systems, e.g. coordinating the necessary regular maintenance work and rectifying faults.
