Our remodelling project (component A) in the Arsenal, which now houses the Foto Arsenal Wien and the LAB film museum, among others, and is part of the newly created Arsenal cultural cluster, took third place in the „Pioneering Achievement“ category of the Vienna Urban Renewal Award 2025. took third place in the „Pioneering Achievement“ category of the Vienna Urban Renewal Award 2025.

The 37th edition of the Urban Renewal Award honoured outstanding renovation and revitalisation projects in Vienna at a festive awards ceremony at Palais Lichtenstein on 24 June. An independent jury of experts honoured projects in the categories of pioneering achievement, bravura achievement and Viennese masterpiece. A total of 33 entries were submitted to the competition. The Vienna Quality Brick was awarded in gold, silver and bronze - as a visible sign of the highest structural quality.
