CONSTRUCTION

As a central service provider, ART for ART takes care of the handling of new build and renovation projects, with our employees coordinating your construction project. We take care of the construction process, commission all trades and take care of budget and time planning. Our tasks include the repair, revitalisation and structural maintenance of theatre buildings (Burg and Akademietheater, Vienna State Opera, Volksoper Wien), new construction of production halls, rehearsal rooms and warehouses, conversions and extensions in listed buildings, residential refurbishments and the furnishing of commercial premises. Our colleagues take on the following tasks for you: Client consultation, preliminary design, design, submission, preparation of specifications, local construction supervision, invoicing of construction work, enforcement of warranty claims, project management, construction coordination and the preparation of energy certificates.
