Building & security technology

We have brought together specialists from the fields of heating, air conditioning, ventilation, plumbing, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering and safety technology in one planning office.

The specific tasks range from drawing up specifications for tenders, reviewing tender documents from a technical and economic perspective, awarding contracts, construction supervision and acceptance inspections, carrying out all the official procedures required for the individual projects and invoicing the contracts. Building Services is also responsible for looking after the existing building services systems, e.g. coordinating the necessary regular maintenance work and rectifying faults.
