Who we are
ART for ART is a subsidiary of the Austrian Federal Theatres and is one of the largest theatre service providers in Europe. In addition to the costume and decoration workshops, building technology and the ticket sales & information department, ART for ART also operates the Digital Technologies Service Centre (IT) as the central IT service provider for all companies of the Austrian Federal Theatres - the Vienna State Opera, the Burgtheater, the Volksoper Wien and the Vienna State Ballet.

Die Kostümwerkstätten der ART for ART Theaterservice GmbH sind die Generalausstatter der Österreichischen Bundestheater (Wiener Staatsoper, Volksoper Wien, Wiener Staatsballett und Burgtheater) und fertigen die Kostüme für etwa 40 Produktionen pro Jahr. Wir suchen für den nächstmöglichen Beginn eine:n Herrenschneider:in in Vollzeit.

Your tasks:

  • Production of theatre costumes (classic/historical/modern)

Your expertise:

  • Completed apprenticeship as a menswear maker: in
  • Ability to work independently
  • High sense of responsibility
  • Communication and teamwork skills
  • Enthusiasm for working in the theatre and dealing with people
  • Experience in theatre is an advantage

Aus gesetzlichen Gründen weisen wir darauf hin, dass das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt € 2604,47 brutto pro Monat (14x im Jahr) beträgt.
