Full-time in shifts incl. weekend shifts / starting immediately
We are looking for an employee for the operating technology of the Vienna State Opera (trained plumber/GWH installer, HVAC installer, air conditioning technician or refrigeration technician).
Your tasks:
- Operation of the building management system, troubleshooting and fault rectification
- Support for company assignments and expert inspections
- Realisation of smaller building technology projects
- Operation and maintenance (inspection, servicing, repair) of technical building equipment, in particular sanitary, compressed air, heating, ventilation and cooling systems
Your expertise:
- Apprenticeship qualification in installation and building technology, main module in heating or ventilation technology
- Basic knowledge in the following areas: Refrigeration technology, control and regulation technology as well as building control technology, electrical engineering, PC and Office programmes
You are reliable, flexible, resilient and have a good sense of humour. You work accurately and independently, but can manage tasks as part of a team. You are prepared to work regularly in the evening, at weekends and on public holidays.
A gross monthly salary from € 2,900.00 is planned for this position, the actual salary depends on your qualifications and professional experience.
