The costume workshops of ART for ART Theaterservice GmbH are the general outfitter of the Austrian Federal Theatres (Vienna State Opera, Volksoper Vienna, Vienna State Ballet and Burgtheater) and produce the costumes for around 40 productions per year. We are looking for a full-time men's tailor as soon as possible.
Your tasks:
- Production of theatre costumes (classic/historical/modern)
Your expertise:
- Completed apprenticeship as a menswear maker: in
- Ability to work independently
- High sense of responsibility
- Communication and teamwork skills
- Enthusiasm for working in the theatre and dealing with people
- Experience in theatre is an advantage
For legal reasons, we would like to point out that the minimum salary according to the collective agreement is € 2604.47 gross per month (14x per year).

ART for ART Theaterservice GmbH is a subsidiary of the Austrian Federal Theatres and is one of the largest theatre service providers in Europe.
Our workshops produce the sets for the Vienna State Opera, the Burgtheater and the Volksoper Vienna as well as stage sets and decorations for other well-known theatres and opera houses. We are looking to strengthen our team a full-time employee for our logistics department from 1 February 2026.
Your tasks:
The field of activity includes internal transport by hand and with the help of transport and conveyor equipment as well as their maintenance and care.
Your expertise:
- Professional experience in logistics
- High physical resilience
- Independent way of working
- strong ability to work in a team
- Willingness to work on Sundays and public holidays
