Unser Umbauprojekt (Bauteil A) im Arsenal, das nun u.a. das Foto Arsenal Wien sowie das Filmmuseum LAB beherbergt und Teil des neu entstandenen Kulturclusters Arsenal ist, hat beim Wiener Stadterneuerungspreis 2025 in der Kategorie \u201ePionierleistung\u201c den dritten Platz belegt.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201eDer Wiener Stadterneuerungspreis ist Ausdruck der Qualit\u00e4t, mit der in unserer Stadt gebaut, saniert und weitergedacht wird. Mit dem Stadterneuerungspreis wollen wir diese H\u00f6chstleistungen ehren \u2013 und ein Zeichen f\u00fcr nachhaltige, stadtbildpr\u00e4gende Entwicklung setzen\u201c<\/em>, so Christoph Ruck, Innungsmeister der Landesinnung Bau der Wirtschaftskammer Wien: \u201eDie ausgezeichneten Projekte stehen beispielhaft f\u00fcr die Innovationskraft des Wiener Baugewerbes und den respektvollen Umgang mit historischer Bausubstanz.\u201c<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Die 37. Ausgabe des Stadterneuerungspreises w\u00fcrdigte am 24. Juni bei einer festlichen Preisverleihung im Palais Lichtenstein herausragende Sanierungs- und Revitalisierungsprojekte in Wien. Eine unabh\u00e4ngige Fachjury pr\u00e4mierte Arbeiten in den Kategorien Pionierleistung, Bravourleistung und Wiener Meisterleistung. Insgesamt 33 Einreichungen stellten sich dem Wettbewerb. Vergeben wurden der Wiener G\u00fcteziegel in Gold, Silber und Bronze \u2013 als sichtbares Zeichen h\u00f6chster baulicher Qualit\u00e4t.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Der G\u00fcteziegel in Bronze wurde dem Projektteam durch den Bundesminister f\u00fcr Innovation, Mobilit\u00e4t und Infrastruktur, KommR Peter Hanke \u00fcbergeben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
